Very disappointing. I was promised: - 'a driver cum guide' but the amount of information he gave me you could write on the back of a postcard. Why don't you just call him a driver which is all he was - 10-12 hours for the tour. We were back at my hotel after 7.5 hours - Madu Wetlands boats were going to cost US$20. They were US$35 almost double the advertised price - a bottle of water for me in the vehicle. A minor point but indicative of this operator over promising, under delivering and providing misleading information

Firstly I have to explain to you that timing which mentioned 10-12 Hrs but you Didn't Walk-in Galle Fort so around 1 Hr didn't Use. also we have inspect on overcharging USD 35 is happened because of Additional time and Privete Board From our Service we make all the clients are happy. Very nice trip tp Galle Fort

A driver and a tour guide (from Apple vacations) picked me up from the hotel and we drove to a sea turtle preservation site near the ocean which was wonderful to see and experience, then a trip to Galle Fort where I walked all over the area near the beach, exploring its history and enjoying the wonderful views. The tour guide did a great job explaining the various sites, and accommodated all my requests. I had a wonderful time on this trip. Highly recommended.
